Host Insurance FAQ

Governed by Scots Law. These agreements are legally binding when you book or host. This is general information, not legal or insurance advice.

Checkbox 1 – Agreements: I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Volt Neighbours Host Agreement and Guest Agreement (as applicable to me), the Host Insurance FAQ, Privacy Policy and Platform Terms. I understand Volt Neighbours is a marketplace and not the supplier of electricity, parking or insurance.

Checkbox 2 – Risks & Insurance: I understand I am responsible for my own insurance (home/buildings for Hosts, motor for Guests), for ensuring my charger/vehicle is safe and compliant, and for notifying my insurer where required. I accept liability as set out in the Agreements and will not use the service if my equipment is faulty.
